تعيين سفير ليبيا لدى مملكة إسبانيا ، وليد أبوعبدالله رئيسا للمجلس الدولي للزيتون في العاصمة مدريد.
في الذكرى 250 للعلاقات الليبية الإسبانية، نحتفل بتاريخٍ طويل من التفاهم والتعاون بين شعبين عريقين.
تضامنا مع الشعب الليبي في محنته نتيجة ما خلفه إعصار #دانيال الذي ضرب شرقنا الحبيب.
بناء على مذكرة التفاهم الموقعة بين مصلحة الجمارك الليبية وإدارة الجمارك والضرائب الإسبانية
تحصلت دولة ليبيا على شهادة تسجيل الزيتون الابيض تحت اسم الزيتون الطرابلسي الليبي،
استقبلت السفارة الليبية ‬⁩ سفير المملكة السعودية باسبانيا
السفير الليبي في مملكة إسبانيا وليد أبوعبدالله AMBASSADOR WALID ABUABDALLA

قام السيد : إبراهيم شاكة ـــ وزير الشباب والرياضة المكلف بزيارة رسمية إلى العاصمة الأسبانية مدريد خلال الفترة من 12 إلى 15 مارس 2014م، حيثُ التقى خلالها بعدد من المسئولين الأسبان، وذلك لمناقشة سبل دعم التعاون بين البلدين، وكذلك الاستفادة من الخبرات والإمكانيات الأسبانية في مجال الرياضة والاقتصاد الرياضي بهدف تطوير الرياضة الليبية وأيضاً البنية التحتية الرياضية فيها، وفي ختام هذه الزيارة تم التوقيع على مذكرة تفاهم بين البلدين وقعها عن الجانب الليبي السيد إبراهيم شاكة معالي وزير الشباب والرياضة المكلف وعن الجانب الأسباني معالي وزير الدولة للرياضة وبحضور سعادة سفير ليبيا لدى مملكة أسبانيا السيد محمد الفقيه صالح .

ونصت مذكرة التفاهم علي الأتي:

– التعاون في المجال الرياضي .

– تبادل المعرفة والتقنيات في مختلف المجالات الرياضية علي سبيل المثال المعايير و المواصفات و التخطيط و التنفيذ واتخاذ الإجراءات لتنميتها .

-دعم الموقف الليبي في الاجتماعات القارية و الدولية التي تعقد في مجال الشباب و الرياضة .

– تبادل المواد السمعية والبصرية و الموارد المكتبية و المنشورات و الوثائق و الخبرات المتعلقة بمجال الشباب و الرياضة .

– البحث عن كيفية إنشاء جمعية شبابية ليبية اسبانية .

– تعزيز التعاون والتنمية لحركة الشباب مثل المعسكرات الشبابية و نشاطات العمل التطوعي و مجموعات الكشافة .

– تبادل التقنيات و الخبرات الإدارية بين اللجان الاولمبية وإعداد معسكر تدريبي في اسبانيا للمنتخب الليبي، مثل إقامة المباريات الدولية سواء كان ضمن تصفيات كأس العالم أو كأس الأمم الإفريقية.

– التعاون في مجال الطب الرياضي واتخاذ التدابير في مكافحة المنشطات والاهتمام برياضات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة .

– أنشاء مراكز لتدريب الناشئين في ليبيا عن طريق مؤسسة ريال مدريد .

– التعاون في صناعة و تكنولوجيا الرياضة الحديثة.
